Pricing Plans, Conditions & Policies
We believe in complete transparency. Our policies ensure that your home sanctuary management remains seamless, predictable, and exceptionally tailored to your lifestyle.
Billing & Renewals
Invoices are generated and charged on the 1st of each month. Subscriptions renew automatically annually to maintain service continuity. We support secure processing via major credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the variable nature of monthly operational costs, plans may only be cancelled on an annual basis or at the sole discretion of Nestwell Living. Mid-term cancellations are non-refundable to ensure service consistency.
Service Coverage & Limits
Each subscription plan includes defined service caps to ensure focused high-quality care. Additional services beyond these caps are available for an added fee.
Scheduling & Access
Nestwell strives for flexible but repeatable service dates to maintain the highest standard of consistent care. For home access, we can accommodate everything from owners being present to fully autonomous entry, depending on your individual preferences.
